Accolade Social Care CIC is a non-profit organisation committed to making a positive impact to children, families, and the communities we serve through care, support, and community activities. Our mission is to provide support for families and communities today, empowering them to flourish and achieve tomorrow.
WHAT WE DO
We provide 24/7 outreach floating support, both in the home and the community, for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, neuro-diversity conditions and mental health issues, as well as families in need on an emergency, temporary or more permanent basis.
It is important to us that our support brings about meaningful positive changes for the families we support, working with them as the experts of their experiences to overcome presenting risks and vulnerabilities to create long-term life outcomes.
As an organisation we are driven to proactively improve mental well-being to push down barriers surrounding education, learning, social inclusion and employment, both with the families we work with and within the wider communities of the individuals we support. Every aspect of us is care: it is for that reason we are proud to say we are a Community Interest Company (CIC) and do not limit ourselves to the commissioned support we provide. This is reflected by our revenue being actively invested into the lives of individuals through communities to prosper outcomes, for example with community activities addressing key areas of need such as workability workshops, educational experiences and low-cost cooking classes.
